Let's glow! Streets will be loaded of neon colors, and actually they are now... the thing is - summer in Latvia hasn't begun yet, so all our fashionistas are covered with jackets - no neon glowing in riga streets. surfing through internet I have found some inspiring stuff which I really fell in love with.
